When we say that Minorca is an ancient island, we are not just repeating a slogan that the tourist industry has over used, instead our aim is to create to create an image of a trip to Menorca: we can still find unspoilt countryside and historical monuments, some dating back 3000 years which enable us to take a step back in time, into the world of prehistory.

We can find megalithic tombs, "navetas" a burial tomb, "talaiots" and burial caves as well as the ancient wells, all of which form an enormous open air museum offering a close look at the history of the western Mediterranean.
